The title

Only 50 patrons will ever hold this title

Founding50 is a hard cap of fifty living seats, not a marketing badge and not a waiting list. When the fiftieth patron is in, the set closes and the title is never issued again — there will not be a fifty-first, a Founding100, or a later reprint. You are buying a place in a closed set, the same way Bitcoin buyers are buying a claim on a 21 million cap.

21 million

Fixed forever — like Bitcoin’s 21 million cap

Bitcoin’s issuance schedule does not get a second run, and neither does this. The Founding50 count is fixed in the membership rules the way the 21 million cap is fixed in the protocol — no inflation, no honorary extras, no “founding-adjacent” tier later. Scarcity is the point: fifty people, written down, for the life of Kernow Bitcoin.

Never again

Extra benefits never given to any later tier

Every perk in this carousel is withheld from Alchemist, Hashhound, Chainwarden, Mining Oracle and Satoshi Sanctum as paid tiers. Later patrons can buy the API, the workbooks and the Enterprise SQL — they cannot buy this pack. It is a founding privilege, locked off the join ladder forever, so the first fifty are not diluted by the next nine hundred and fifty.

On top of your Alchemist–Sanctum perks

Founding50 is not a sixth paid tier and it does not replace the one you join. You pick Alchemist through Satoshi Sanctum as normal — workbooks, Price Metrics, Enterprise SQL, Sanctum raw tables — and these entitlements sit on top of that stack. If you later upgrade the paid tier, Founding50 stays with you; it is additive, not a fork in the road.

They ship as a Founding50-only pack — exclusive, lifetime, never sold separately.

UTXO pack

10 × bonus UTXO Metrics

Ten UTXO series built on the same utxo_state and sopr_state engine as the Enterprise API, reserved for the first fifty. Entropy, Fragmentation, the Coin-Maturity Gradient, Profit Concentration and the Rejuvenation Ratio describe how the unspent set is shaped; Velocity, Realized Volatility, Dormant-Supply Activation, Survival Rates and Spent-Volume Age Bands describe how it is moving. Absolute BTC HODL Waves (1–2y through 10y+) sit beside Spent Age Bands as a 1:1, currently-unspent view in raw BTC — not the traditional all-outputs HODL Waves.

Solo pool

Private sovereign solo mining pool

A private, Founding50-only solo mining pool — not a shared corporate stratum, not a public lottery, not a pool later members can join. Exclusivity is enforced at the DATUM Gateway: it will only authorise a miner connection if it recognises your person-specific Founding50 API key, so a leaked endpoint is useless without that key. You keep template control and mine in a sovereign room; no key, no slot.

Block rewards

Full block rewards shared

When the Founding50 pool finds a block, the full coinbase is shared among the miners who were hashing it — not skimmed as an “ops fee”, not held back as a house cut, not paid out as a diluted FPPS average. You take block-reward economics, not a pool token. That is the difference between solo-with-peers and renting hash to a business.

Decentralised

True decentralised solo mining

This is actual solo mining in a closed set of fifty, not a 0.1% slice of someone else’s template and not a synthetic “solo” product on a public pool. You keep the sovereignty of solo — your block if you find it — with a private peer group instead of hashing into the void. Decentralisation here means the pool is ours, the membership is capped, and the later thousand never get a login.

Beta

Early beta test access

New Core endpoints, Enterprise SQL views, workbooks and metric packs reach Founding50 before they are announced to the wider membership. You are the test desk: you see the series while they are still being named, you break them, and you get the revised workbook first. The later tiers inherit the stable version; you inherit the draft.

Discord

Founding50 Discord badge

A Founding50 Discord badge that no later patron can buy, earn, or be gifted. It sits on your name in the room where the API is actually run — so operators, Sanctum, and the desk can see who was in the first fifty without opening a spreadsheet. The later thousand can join Discord from Hashhound up; they cannot wear this mark.

Votes

Priority voting rights — double votes

When the membership is asked to vote — Sanctum council matters, catalogue priority, which Enterprise views get built next — a Founding50 ballot counts twice. That is not a courtesy mention in the minutes; it is a weighting rule. Fifty people who took the early seat keep a louder say than the later nine hundred and fifty, for the life of the title.

Credits

Name on the Wall of Honour

Your name is written into the Kernow Bitcoin Wall of Honour — credits on the site, in the membership materials, and in the record of who funded the desk when it was fifty seats, not a thousand. It is not a rotating sponsor slot and it is not removed if you later change paid tier. The first fifty are named, permanently.

Merch

Exclusive Founding50 merch pack

A physical Founding50 pack that is not sold in the shop and not reprinted for later tiers: the Kernow Bitcoin sticker set, plus a branded Kernow Bitcoin coin struck as 1 of 50. Each coin is numbered. Once fifty are out, that mint is closed — the same rule as the title itself.

Lifetime

Perks lock out forever — hold them for life

Founding50 entitlements are a lifetime lockout, not a monthly rental. If you drop a paid tier, pause billing, or move from Sanctum down to Alchemist, the title, the packs, the pool slot, the badge, the votes and the Wall of Honour stay with you. They are not clawed back, not resold, and not reissued to someone else.
